FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR

Richard left Sale Boys Grammar School and became a certified registered plumber by the age of 18. He then went on to work both on residential and commercial properties until focusing on the Industrial and Education sector at the age of 20 Since then, he progressed from plumber to project manager, finishing as contractor’s manager for a number of high-level companies. Richard then went on to set up Rembuild Ltd. in 2010 and although being Managing Director comes with a lot of other responsibilities, Richard still likes to be “hands on” to make sure Rembuild delivers what was promised.

Director - Sales, Design & Project Management

With over 18 years of experience in sales, design, consultation, and project management, I bring a comprehensive understanding of how to turn ideas into successful, practical outcomes. I’m passionate about working closely with clients from the very start — understanding their goals, translating their needs into thoughtful designs, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

At Rembuild, I take pride in combining technical expertise with hands-on industry experience to create functional, safe, and future-proof spaces that inspire innovation and meet the highest standards of quality. My focus is always on delivering tailored solutions that not only meet but exceed client expectations.

Project Manager

After leaving school James started an apprenticeship in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. Once he had completed his apprenticeship, he spent a further 12 years as an Electrical/Automation Engineer. He would also take on different projects, where he would design, implement and commission the project. Then he decided to step away from his Electrical role and more into Project managing, He started at Rembuild in June 2023 and since joining the team James has already used his organisation skills and previous experience to expand on Rembuild’s success.

OFFICE MANAGER

After leaving school Demi attended South Trafford College to become an air stewardess, she gained her wings with Thomas Cook to fill her dream but sadly her dream was cut short. When covid-19 hit she joined Greater Manchester Ambulance service during the early months of covid-19 along with studying Xero accounting. She is now an integral part of the Rembuild team and ensures the smooth running of our office.
